Joondalup Reception Centre Terms & Conditions
- The venue with be available to the client from the start of the booking until the finish time. Please ensure you incorporate your set up/pack down times when making the booking
- Confirmation of final numbers need to be given 48hrs prior to booking.
- If a booking is cancelled once it has been confirmed, a cancellation fee of $275 plus GST is required per day.
- Cancellations received less than 48hrs prior will be charged the full quoted price of the function.
- Any damage arising from your function other than wear & tear will be charged in full.
- A 20% surcharge on public holidays is applicable.
- Joondalup Reception Centre is a Government building and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue, and within 5m of any entrance.
- Any decorations to be displayed must be authorized by JRC.
- JRC is licensed until midnight.
- Please be advised if your function requires a dance floor & security these are additional costs.
- No alcohol or food is allowed to be brought on site, unless authorized by JRC.
- Any persons found providing alcohol to a minor will be ejected from the venue.
- All patrons are required to have Photo ID when alcohol is being served.
- Last drinks are served 15 minutes prior to the completion of the function.
- JRC has the right to switch bookings between rooms of similar standard if absolutely necessary.
