Joondalup Reception Centre Terms & Conditions

  1. The venue with be available to the client from the start of the booking until the finish time. Please ensure you incorporate your set up/pack down times when making the booking
  2. Confirmation of final numbers need to be given 48hrs prior to booking.
  3. If a booking is cancelled once it has been confirmed, a cancellation fee of $275 plus GST is required per day.
  4. Cancellations received less than 48hrs prior will be charged the full quoted price of the function.
  5. Any damage arising from your function other than wear & tear will be charged in full.
  6. A 20% surcharge on public holidays is applicable.
  7. Joondalup Reception Centre is a Government building and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue, and within 5m of any entrance.
  8. Any decorations to be displayed must be authorized by JRC.
  9. JRC is licensed until midnight.
  10. Please be advised if your function requires a dance floor & security these are additional costs.
  11. No alcohol or food is allowed to be brought on site, unless authorized by JRC.
  12. Any persons found providing alcohol to a minor will be ejected from the venue.
  13. All patrons are required to have Photo ID when alcohol is being served.
  14. Last drinks are served 15 minutes prior to the completion of the function.
  15. JRC has the right to switch bookings between rooms of similar standard if absolutely necessary.
