At Joondalup Reception Centre,

there are four main rooms available for functions. Whatever your event, our experienced team can bring you the correct space for a successful function.

A large foyer is ideal for pre-dinner drinks or smaller functions. Our unique Glass House backs onto bush land and is perfect for ceremonies or as a classroom. The main conference room can be divided into two separate spaces, providing the correct size for your conference or presentation. The conference room features a fully integrated Audio-Video suite.

For those sweltering Perth summer days, all rooms are fully air-conditioned. Coming standard in all rooms are round tables capable of seating ten people. If you need to convey your message to the maximum number of clients, a theatre style arrangement maximises usable space.

Conference Room 1 & 2

The Joondalup Reception Centre recommend a maximum of 12 round tables, this allows adequate space for presentation equipment and 120 guests. In a theatre style arrangement, you can seat up to 180 guests.

Combined Conference Rooms 1 & 2

For a large corporate event or social function, the combined conference rooms can fit a maximum of 25 round tables (250 guests), plus room for a dance floor or presentation equipment. Theatre Style holds between 400 – 500 guests.

Glass House

Looking out on the native bush of Perth, the Glass House caters for up to 30 people in a classroom style, or a maximum of 40 in a theatre style.

Foyer Area

Up to five round tables and fifty seated guests can be accommodated in the foyer area.
